香港租金高昂，網上商店成了創業良機，市民對網購的接受程度漸高，美少女廚神 Angela與友人合辦網上海味店， Angela更搞烹飪班，教授海味烹調方法及如何挑選優質的海味，作為宣傳手法，成功吸引到一批客人，現時月賺 3萬。 

「首先將鮑魚浸兩日，等佢發大到約 2倍，用慢火煲半小時，再用中火煲幾小時，水一定要浸過所有材料……」採訪當日， Angela正向學員講解烹調鮑魚的方法，更有製成品讓學員品嘗，解釋如何挑選材料，去到最後， Angela介紹了自家出品的鮑魚，並沒有太多推銷手法，不少學員已買 1、 2盒回去。
